FactoryTalk Logix Echo

One of the most anticipated products of 2021, FactoryTalk Logix Echo is already on the market. FactoryTalk Logix Echo is an emulator of the ControlLogix 5580 processor including its process version with special PlantPAx instructions. FactoryTalk Logix Echo supports emulation of up to 17 ControlLogix 5580 processors within an emulated chassis. The ControlLogix user program must be created in the Studio 5000 version 33 or higher development environment. It is not necessary to change or modify the user program in any way to load it into the emulator, including the input and output configuration.

Extremely durable design of frequency converters in the XT variant (increased corrosion protection)

The PowerFlex 755 TL, TR and TM frequency converters are now available in the XT version with increased corrosion resistance as standard. To ensure maximum reliability when operating in corrosive environments, the frequency converters are supplied with special XT IGBT transistors, additional board and component painting, critical junction protection and special fans. The electronics are thus less exposed to corrosive influences, which leads to a reduction in the number of faults, and to an increase in the reliability and lifetime of the frequency converters.
